Discounted Rates for After-Hours Consultations During COVID-19

As COVID-19 cases rise dramatically in the United States, so do the growing health and wellness needs from our community. I know those needs don't end when regular business hours do. To help meet that need, I'm offering discounted rates for after-hours consultations. This special offer is available while our local community and greater society all feels the impact from this virus. Please note you do not have to have COVID-19 symptoms to utilize this service, but is being offered amidst the rise in needs from all across our community.

After-hours start at 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and on the weekends/holidays. Regular rates for after-hours consultations are $100. During this time that has been discounted 60% and is now the same rate as regular "Acute Care Consultations," which is $40.

The fine print:

• Fill out a separate form for each person requesting care. 
• This form to be used during after-hours only (Weekday evenings after 5:30 pm or weekends/holidays). If it's during regular business hours, please book an "Acute Care Consultation" at an available time from my online scheduler.
• Rate is $40 per person per acute
• Acute care consultation is good for up to 3 days of care. If additional support is needed, additional rates may apply.
• I will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours via phone or email.
• If you have an urgent need, call me and leave a voicemail. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
• Remedies are $15 from my clinic. Pickup times are limited to the office hours held by the medical practice I office out of: Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Saturdays 8:30 am - 12:30 pm. Postage/handling is $10 for mailed remedies.
• If the office is closed or I'm unable to prepare your remedy for pickup, they may also be obtained from local Austin retailers such as Natural Grocers, People's Pharmacy, Whole Foods, Sprouts, etc., or even from online retailers.
• This offering is for current clients only who have a homeopathy need in between their regularly scheduled follow-up visits. Please triage accordingly:
  • If you're new to my practice and would like to begin treatment, please schedule an "Initial Consultation." Or, if you're a previous client but it's been longer than a year since we last consulted, please schedule an "Initial Consultation" to resume treatment. 
  • If you're inquiring about whether or not homeopathy is right for you, schedule a free 10-minute "Homeopathy Inquiry" session.
  • If you're a recent client (last consultation was within a year) but no longer have an appointment scheduled, please book a "Regular Follow-Up Consultation" instead.
